Duties: 1.Oversee the day-to-day operations and management. 2.Ensure smooth coordination between various departments, including the front desk, housekeeping, kitchen and bar. 3.Uphold a culture of exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction. 4. Manage budgeting, financial planning and accounting activities. 5. Monitor and control inventory levels to avoid waste. Qualification: 1. Knowledge of hospitality industry. 2.Computer Literate. 3. A minimum of 2 years' experience of a similar role within the hospitality industry.
