Job Description:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique property needs and preferences.
- Source, develop, and manage a portfolio of off-plan properties, utilizing extensive marketing support to attract potential buyers.
- List properties on leading property portals and leverage our marketing resources to ensure maximum exposure and visibility.
- Undertake client meetings and provide clients with comprehensive information about each property.
- Arrange for clients visit to the destination country and undertake property viewings along with our associated partners.
- Co-ordinate the Negotiations and facilitation of the property transactions, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all parties involved.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, property values, and industry developments to provide informed advice to clients
Requirements:
- Proven track record in real estate sales, or any similar sales background.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with a diverse range of clients.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to exceed sales targets.
- Knowledge of selling real estate or services with an in-depth knowledge of the Ghana market.
- Qualification Required: Degree
- Years of Experience: 3-5
