Qualification Required And Experience: MBA or equivalent in job relevant subject. A Bachelor's degree in Business or Public Administration, international relations, public health, environmental science or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar executive or senior administrative support role. Demonstrated experience in a non-profit, humanitarian or development organization, with direct involvement or a good understanding of WASH programmes, would be an advantage. Proven experience working in a Ghanaian or African context, with an understanding of the socio-political and cultural dynamic of the sector.
