Qualification: A minimum qualification of a Master's degree in Agriculture/Forestry/Data Analysis/ Project Management with 5 years’ experience and knowledge in cocoa production or forest management. Good knowledge of sustainability regulations EUDR and deforestation regulations of Ghana. Experience in managing teams and carrying out complex tasks across different regions. Experience in organizing training programs and coaching of cooperatives and farmer groups and team members. Ability to explain complex reporting processes to end users with strong coaching and training skills. Well versed in Microsoft applications and any GIS application. Willing to travel 60% of the time into rural communities and go on assignment(s) outside the country. Good knowledge of cocoa purchasing organizational structure. Ability to speak the local language; French is an added advantage. Ability to drive and possess a valid driving license. Strong listening, analytical skills and solution minded.
