Qualification Required And Experience: Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field. NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) or equivalent safety certification. Minimum of 5 years of safety management experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting. Strong understanding of risk management, hazard identification, and accident prevention strategies. Proven experience in safety audits, compliance reporting, and regulatory liaison. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to train and influence employees at all levels to adhere to safety protocols.
