Limits of Authority: Determined by Special Olympics Ghana Board of Directors and existing policies. Fiscal authority limited to existing policies. Qualification Required And Experience: First Degree in a relevant field (e.g Education and or Sports Administration or related studies in business administration or non-profit management), Master's Degree holder will be an added advnantage. At least 5 years of experience in a senior leadership position, preferably in a non-profit organization. Must be of high character with integrity and strong values. Proven track record of strategic planning, programme development and fundraising. Excellent communication in English language, leadership and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise multiple tasks. Working knowledge of management of special needs programmes will be an added advantage. Passion for the mission and values of Special Olympics Ghana.
