Qualification Required and Experience. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field. Minimum of three (3) years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in building materials, interior décor, or construction industries. Demonstrated ability to manage both sales and marketing responsibilities effectively. Strong understanding of digital marketing and showroom-based promotional activities. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
