QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE AND TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES: Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Maintenance, Civil, Building Technology etc) with minimum of 5+ years of experience. OR Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Maintenance, etc. per Reg. 51 and 54 LI2182) with minimum of 10 years of relevant experience. Experience: Minimum of five (5) years' experience in engineering roles, with significant experience in mining operations. Statutory Qualifications: Must have an Engineering Superintendent or Sectional Engineer or Inspecting Engineer Certificate of Competence from the Inspectorate Division of the Mineral Commission (IDMC) Certifications. Must have a Professional Engineer (PE) license from either the Ghana Institution of Engineering (GhIE) or Institution of Engineering and Technology, Ghana (IET-GH).
