THE ROLE
The company currently has an opening for a Human Resource Information Systems Manager. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated HR Information Systems Manager to join our team. This position plays a pivotal role in optimizing our HR operations by overseeing and maintaining our HR information systems, ensuring data accuracy, and implementing technology solutions to streamline HR processes.You will collaborate closely with HR leadership and other stakeholders to develop and implement system enhancements, maintain data integrity, and provide technical support to users. The ideal candidate is an experienced HRIS professional with a strong technical background and a deep understanding of HR processes.
Responsibilities include:
HRIS Management:
● Oversee the implementation and ongoing management of HR information
systems, such as HRIS software and tools.
● Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data integrity.
Data Integrity:
● Maintain the accuracy and completeness of HR data within the systems.
● Develop and enforce data governance policies and procedures.
User Support:
● Provide technical support and training to end-users.
● Troubleshoot and resolve system-related inquiries and issues.
Compliance and Security:
● Ensure HRIS compliance with data protection regulations and company policies.
● Implement security measures to protect sensitive HR data.
Reporting and Analytics:
● Create and deliver regular HR metrics and analytics reports to inform HR and
organizational decision-making.
● Develop custom reports as needed.
Vendor Management:
● Manage relationships with HRIS vendors, including contract negotiations and
service level agreements.
Process Improvement:
● Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes through technology and
automation.
● Lead process improvement initiatives.
● Set-up performance assessment, incentives, etc.
● Monitor performance
● Set-up the HR process and culture as well
● Set-up SOPs that are integrated into an HR system
● Make our HR system at par with tech companies like Google, Facebook,
Uber, etc
Qualifications: ● Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). ● 5 years of experience in HRIS management or a related role. ● Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and compliance requirements. ● Proficiency in HRIS software and tools (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle, ADP, etc.). ● Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. ● Strong communication and interpersonal skills. ● Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. ● Knowledge of data security and privacy regulations. ● Prior experience of working in a startup environment ● Can start and set-up things from scratch.
