Job Description :

Required Qualifications and Experience: Education. Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field from an accredited institution with at least two (2) years of relevant work experience. High school diploma with at least four (4) years of relevant experience. Experience: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, E-mail, Outlook. Concern for a job well done, ability to organize work and archives methodically. Discretion, friendliness towards visitors and users of the Office, patience and willingness to learn new things. Previous experience of working with international humanitarian organizations, non-governmental or governmental institutions/organizations in a multicultural setting is an advantage.
