Responsibilities: Manage the overall operations of the branch. Provide technical support to loan and Savings officers at the branch. Report on branch and staff performance to CEO. Help field tellers and loan officers to meet their individual targets. Help in loan recovery and pre disbursement activities. Requirements: At least a Degree from a recognized tertiary institution. At least 2 years experience in Credit Management, and Branch Operations. Excellence presentation skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Office is relevant. The ability to drive with a Driving license is an added advantage.
