Skills and Qualifications: Master’s degree in Mining Economics, Mineral Economics, Business Administration (MBA), or a related field. Must be a member of a Professional Body (e.g., Ghana Institute of Engineers). Minimum of twelve (12) years’ technical operations and licensing experience in a regulatory or mining environment, with at least five (5) years in a senior role. Extensive experience in technical operations within the precious metals or related industry. Strong understanding of assaying, refining, minting, fabrication, hallmarking, and vault services. Knowledge of gold tokenization and diamond operations is highly beneficial. Proven ability to develop and implement technical policies and procedures. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of international quality assurance standards and best practices. High ethical standards.
