Qualification Required and Experience: Diploma / Degree or equivalent Education or experience in agriculture, forestry, or sustainable resource management. Strong knowledge of bamboo cultivation and/or interest in innovative natural materials. Business mindset with experience in value chain development. Leadership and organizational skills. Passion for sustainability and community development. Strong skills in MS Word and Excel, AutoCAD knowledge advantageous. Excellent report writing and communication skills. Proven leadership in managing diverse teams. Adaptability to remote, resource-limited environments. High integrity, accountability and resilience under pressure.
